Who we are. AVYBZ is a trading brand of OJAMEA INTELLAHIVE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS L.L.C (Dubai trade licence No. 831372, Commercial Register No. 1973497, TRN 100475894000003). Our address is Unit 2, 681 Sheikh Zayed Road, Ali Al Hashemi Building, Al Quoz 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 82202. OJAMEA INTELLAHIVE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS L.L.C is the seller of every product sold on avybz.store and in the AVYBZ app. In these terms, "AVYBZ", "we" and "us" mean OJAMEA INTELLAHIVE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS L.L.C, trading as AVYBZ.

By using this website or the AVYBZ app, or by placing an order, you agree to these terms.

General

We may update these terms. When we do, we publish the new version here and update the date at the top. The version that applies to an order is the one published when you placed it. Continued use of the website or app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Products

All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustration; slight colour differences may occur because of screen settings. Some pieces are shown as "coming soon" and cannot be ordered yet; joining a waitlist for one is not an order, does not reserve it and does not guarantee that it will go on sale. Our eyewear is made to order.

Pricing and VAT

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it. We email a tax invoice for every order when it is paid or delivered, whichever happens first, and a tax credit note for every refund.

Orders

The AVYBZ app is intended for people aged 13 or older. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to place an order on your behalf.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We confirm each order by email. We may cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment is not completed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount you paid to the method you paid with.

Payment

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

• Cash on delivery: you pay our driver when the order arrives. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to the limit shown at checkout.
• Payment link (website only, when offered at checkout): after you place the order, we email you a link to a payment page, and you pay there. Nothing is charged before you pay. Your order is held until we have confirmed that your payment was received, and we email you when it is.

We never ask for card details by email, phone or in the app, and we never store them.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Our own drivers deliver every order. The delivery options, fees and estimated times available for your address are shown at checkout before you place the order.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled as set out on our Returns & Exchanges page (avybz.store/returns-exchanges), which forms part of these terms. Our driver collects returns from your address in the UAE.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in the app, including logos, images, films, text and designs, belongs to AVYBZ and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AVYBZ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website or app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
