What can I order?

Our eyewear. Each piece is made to order for you.

When can I order apparel and footwear?

They are coming soon and cannot be ordered yet. You can save any piece to your wishlist in the meantime.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email orders@avybz.store or WhatsApp +971 56 338 0019 as soon as possible with your order number, and we will tell you what can still be changed.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not deliver outside the UAE.

Who delivers my order?

Our own drivers deliver every order and collect returns.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Standard Delivery: AED 25, 2–4 business days, free on orders over AED 300
Express Delivery: AED 50, 1 business day

Payment

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery: you pay our driver when your order arrives, for orders up to AED 2,000. The payment options for your order are shown at checkout before you place it. We never ask for card details by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Returns

How do returns work?

Email orders@avybz.store or WhatsApp +971 56 338 0019 with your order number. Our driver collects the return from your address in the UAE; you do not need to send anything yourself. The conditions are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
