We want you to love your AVYBZ pieces. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to request a return
Email orders@avybz.store or WhatsApp +971 56 338 0019 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 48 hours to arrange a collection time.
Collection
Our driver collects the return from your address in the UAE. You do not need to send anything yourself.
Refunds
Once your return is collected and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For every refund we email you a VAT tax credit note.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
