We want you to love your AVYBZ sunglasses. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Request a Return

Email us at [YOUR EMAIL] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
