At AVYBZ, we treat every order with the same precision and care that goes into crafting our eyewear. Your purchase is handled with white-glove service from the moment you check out to the moment it arrives at your door.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods or limited drops, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (UAE): 3–5 business days
Express Shipping (UAE): 1–2 business days
GCC Countries: 5–7 business days
International (Rest of World): 7–14 business days
Free standard shipping is available on all UAE orders over AED 200.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery status in real time through our courier partner's portal.
Returns Policy
We stand behind every product we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your AVYBZ purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the full AVYBZ packaging including the hard case, microfiber cloth, and authenticity card.
How to Return
Email us at returns@avybz.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products for a different colour variant or style, subject to availability. Contact us at support@avybz.com to initiate an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your AVYBZ product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
